All our clinical and laboratory staff are registered dental assistants or certified dental assistants. They maintain their registration and certifications with continuing education in all aspects of the dental field as well as maintaining their CPR certification. At Aspire Orthodontics, we are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment.
Mary Brown, RDA, CDA – Records Coordinator
Mary is the records coordinator at Aspire Orthodontics. She is both a registered and certified dental assistant. She has been a member of our staff since 2001. Mary and her husband John share two handsome sons and a Boston terrier named Tebow.
Rochelle Duggins, RDA – Clinical Assistant
Rochelle is registered dental assistant at Aspire Orthodontics. She has been a part of the clinical staff since 1997. She enjoys spending any of her free time with her son Hunter.
Anita Breeden, RDA – Clinical Assistant
Anita is a registered dental assistant at Aspire Orthodontics. She has been a member of the clinical staff since Dec. 1980. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Lori Newport, RDA, CDA – Clinical Assistant/Records
Lori is both a registered and certified dental assistant at Aspire Orthodontics. She has worked in orthodontics since 1993. What she enjoys most about her job is taking before and after records and seeing the transformation progress. Her spare time is spent with her husband Jay and their three children: Hunter, Jackie and Tucker.
Karen Durham, RDA, CDA – Clinical Assistant
Karen is a registered and certified dental assistant. She is also certified in the Academy of Orthodontics. She joined our clinical staff in June of 93, but has been in the dental field since 1988. She loves meeting and talking to our patients and enjoys being part of the Aspire team. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband Jay, their two children and beautiful grandchild Maddox.
Kelly Ware, RDA – Lab Technician
Kelly is the lab tech at Aspire Orthodontics and a registered dental assistant. She is responsible for all retainers and appliances custom fabricated in both Cleveland and Ooltewah offices. Being employed since 1999, there is nothing she can't make in the lab. She and her husband Aaron have been married for 11 years. They share two handsome sons, Colton and Hayden, and a bulldog Diesel.
Debbie Williams, RDA – Clinical Assistant
Debbie is a registered dental assistant with 24 years experience. She has been a part of the Aspire team since 1998 as a clinical assistant. The most enjoyable aspect of her job is seeing the happy new smiles she helped create. Debbie and her husband Gene have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren and love spending time with them and their 2 dogs.
Marlene Rogers – New Patient Coordinator
Marlene joined the practice in June 2010 as the new patient coordinator. She enjoys meeting and building wonderful relationships with the patients and becoming part of their lives. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her beautiful son Talon. Her hobbies are shopping, decorating, biking and reading.
Sheree Brock – Insurance Coordinator
Sheree has been our Insurance Coordinator since joining the practice in 2008. Her favorite part of her job is meeting and helping all patients and parents. She and her husband Kevin share three beautiful children: Hannah, Bonnie and Trevor. Her hobbies are horseback riding, hiking with her family and facebook.
Karen McKay - Office Manager
Karen joined the front office staff in 1985 and later became office manager. She and her husband Ray have been married for 31 years and share two beautiful daughters: Lauren and Rachael. Her favorite part of her job is meeting and talking to patients and their families. In her spare time she loves going to the river with her family and watching her girls play softball.
Lynn Harrison, RDA – New patient coordinator
Originally from Columbus, MS, Lynn moved to Cleveland in 1987 and joined the team. The first 12 years she was a clinical assistant before taking her current position. She is an Ole Miss Rebel with a Business Administration degree, a Registered Dental assistant license and Academy of Orthodontics Assisting Certification. Married to her best friend Ron, they have a family of four wonderful kids. She fills her spare time with shopping, decorating and "learning" to play golf. In honor of her youngest son's service in the USMC, the "Toys for Tots" drive will be an annual fixture in our office every holiday season.
Patti Hafley, RDA – Clinical Coordinator
Joining the practice in 1977, Patti was practically raised in our office. She is a registered dental assistant and enjoys working as a part of the clinical staff. Married to her husband Larry for 32 years, they have a beautiful daughter Erica. Her other pride and joy is her grandson Jax. Patti enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Crystal Spears, RDA - Clinical Assistant
Crystal began her orthodontic career with Aspire Orthodontics in 2008. She is a registered dental assistant and has a BS degree in Child & Family Services from UTC. She has grown with the office by having many job duties such as front office and assisting. The most important part of her life is growing closer to God and family. She and her husband Sheldon have been married for 10 years and share 2 adorable boys, Hudson and Presley. In her spare time she loves reading, being outdoors with her family and her new routine of being a soccer mom.
